Entrusted with the critical early-phase infrastructure, Brifkani was responsible for laying the essential groundwork that enabled the entire residential complex to be developed safely, efficiently, and to the highest engineering standards. Our work ensured that every future home would be supported by reliable utilities, safe foundations, and well-planned systems that serve residents for years to come.
Our Scope of Work: Engineering Excellence from the Ground Up
1- Topographical Site Surveying:
We conducted a detailed land survey using advanced GPS and total station technology to map the terrain with pinpoint accuracy. This data was crucial for aligning buildings, roads, and utility networks according to the master plan, ensuring optimal land use and proper drainage.
2- Geotechnical & Soil Investigations
To guarantee structural safety, we carried out comprehensive borehole drilling and soil sampling across the site. Laboratory tests assessed soil composition, bearing capacity, and groundwater levels, providing vital data for foundation design and preventing future settlement risks.
3- Water Supply Network
Brifkani designed and constructed a complete underground water distribution system, including main lines, branch pipes, valves, and pressure regulation points. The network ensures clean, continuous water delivery to every residential unit, built with durable materials to minimize leaks and maintenance.
4- Sanitation and Stormwater Drainage Systems
We installed a dual-purpose drainage system:
- A wastewater network to safely carry sewage to treatment facilities
- A stormwater system designed to handle heavy rainfall, reduce urban flooding, and protect the environment
Both systems were engineered for high capacity, long-term performance, and compliance with environmental standards.
5- Internal Road Network & Paving
We built the complex’s internal road infrastructure from earthworks and base preparation to asphalt paving. The roads are designed for durability, smooth traffic flow, and proper integration with drainage, lighting, and utility lines.
6- Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure (Early Phase)
We pre-installed underground conduits and pathways for future electrical, telecom, and mechanical systems, ensuring seamless integration as construction progressed.
